We spent Easter at this hotel and it was amazing! the cabins are incredible and the location near the river was perfect for our family. the service was also really good, we felt well taken care of. One of the best things about our stay was the fact that we had access to lots of activities, including kayaking and fishing. It really made our holiday special!

One thing we didn't like was the lack of clarity around the price. As foreign guests, we were hoping to pay in dollars but were given a rate in pesos which caused confusion.

For us it was ideal.

We had an amazing time at this 4-star hotel! The location right next to the river was breathtaking and added to the overall luxurious experience. We loved being able to relax on the terrace and patio while enjoying the beautiful views. The room amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar, made our stay even more comfortable. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and we were especially impressed with the grocery shopping service.

The cabins were lovely! We enjoyed the privacy and coziness of our accommodations. The location of our spot was perfect, right by the river for beautiful views. We particularly appreciated the complementary welcome drinks upon arrival and the daily housekeeping service that kept our space clean and organized.

There was some confusion with the pricing before our stay. As foreign guests, we were hoping for the "blue dollar" rate, but this was not made clear to us before we arrived.
